We hired Tom Gorman to finish the basement at our home purchase. We were so pleased with his work, that we also hired him to repair and screen in our deck and build a new deck. Honest, reliable and reasonable.
I lost my siding on my house during the wind storm that lasted a few days. He was quickly to respond to temporary reinforce the current siding on the house until he could come out the next day to do the job. Very nice, caring and personable to deal with. I would recommend him for any future work.
I hired Tom and his crew to delete the nook on the back of my house, relocate and build a new kitchen, bathroom, and pantry, and close in (rebuild) my garage door wall to make it a living room. Tom kept a tight schedule, but was also flexible (as I was doing all the electrical and some other stuff). He was transparent when surprises popped up, like the rotten rim joist, and was accommodating when we made changes to the plans. In the end, the project turned out great.
